At Filipinos in the 6ix, all sales are final. By placing an order on filipinosinthe6ix.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by Filipinos in the 6ix are final sale.

We do not offer:
* Refunds
* Returns
* Exchanges
* Order cancellations after purchase
* Price adjustments

This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:
* Apparel
* Plush toys
* Children’s books
* Pre-order products
* Limited edition releases
* Sale or promotional items

Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.

2. Pre-Orders and Limited Releases

Pre-order and limited edition items are produced in limited quantities and reserved specifically for you at the time of purchase.

All pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable.

Estimated shipping timelines are provided for transparency but are not guaranteed. Delays due to manufacturing, customs, carrier disruptions, or supply chain issues do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

Your email must include:
* Order number
* Full name used on the order
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* Description of the issue

Failure to notify us within 3 days voids eligibility for review.

If approved at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement of the same item, subject to inventory availability.

Refunds will not be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Filipinos in the 6ix is not responsible for:

* Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
* Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier
* Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events
* International duties, taxes, or customs fees

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

If a chargeback is filed for a transaction that complies with this No Refund Policy:

* We reserve the right to provide this policy, order confirmation, tracking confirmation, and delivery confirmation to the payment processor as evidence.
* We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated dispute fees.
* We reserve the right to permanently ban customers who file unjustified disputes from future purchases.

6. Agreement to Policy

By purchasing from Filipinos in the 6ix, you acknowledge and agree that:

* You have read this No Refund Policy in full
* You understand that all sales are final
* You waive the right to request refunds outside the terms stated above
